2024 Holiday Cake Box
Cake box with 4 slices filled with my most favorite holiday flavors:
Pumpkin and roasted barley cake. Roasted pumpkin cake layers with cold-steeped roasted barley tea milk cream nestled in between each. I love pumpkin cake and always excited with a new variation of each one.
Chestnut latte oat cake. Thick oat cake layers wrapped with a thick cream of chestnut latte. A mix of nutty flavors mixed with a warming coffee flavor. A chestnut cake of some kind is always a must during the holidays.
Cranberry yuzu buttermilk cake. I could not let this menu pass without at least one cranberry cake! A contrast of citrus and tang to complete the cake tasting box flavor profiles.
Plum spiced buckwheat cake. This cake takes the best of my summer stone fruit preserves and combines it with the spices and warmth of the winter months.
